Chapter 3 – How I recruited 13,000 people in 18 months

Now I know the title of today’s Chapter screams hype and your “BS” sensors are shooting off the charts right now.

And you know what?

They should be!

After all, it’s impossible to recruit 13,000 people in 18 months right?

Or is it?..

Listen, I have a confession  to make…

The ONLY way I was able to recruit so many new people in such a short period of time is because I “cheated.”

Well, other big hitters think I cheated.

And you know what? Sometimes it FEELS LIKE I’M cheating!

But the truth is that I started working smart instead of hard.

Here’s the story:

In late 2008 I got my hands on a book called “The 4 Hour Workweek” by Tim Ferriss.

While reading the book I came across a section that really inspired me to rethink my business and the marketing strategies I was using at the time.

And this lead me to some of the biggest breakthroughs in my business.

Here’s a short list of my accomplishments in the past 18 months …

  • I personally sponsored over 13,000 new reps in less than 18 months.
  • I became the top income earner in not one, but two companies!
  • I tripled my income while working less.
